I ordered these $157 specialty shoes for my disabled mother (birthday gift) who lives 2000 miles away. Her feet hurt so badly and she can't tie her shoes anymore so slip-on is a must. It took her a couple weeks to feel well enough to try them on and then knew she could not wear them, so I set up the return, emailed it to my sister who lives near mom, which gave my sister 30 days to return them by Feb 1st. My sister took them to UPS today, January 13th, and the return label in her email was already expired so I had to contact Zeba to send another return label. Just thinking Zeba should simplify this return process.
